Contract of employment / voucher with voucher function
Our free employment contracts are available as carbon copies. In addition to the original for billing, the production and the extra will each receive a carbon copy.
Assignment of rights
The legally binding assignment of image rights is an integral part of our employment contract forms and can be found on the original and all copies of the employment contract.
Short-term cost status

Our system software checks the wages, working hours and break times recorded via the employment contracts for compliance with the provisions of the Minimum Wage Act – MiLoG. Payroll client as Secured Server Download
We set up a client for your production company or for your production in our payroll accounting software (SESAM-Lohn of Sesam Software GmbH). This client is available for download at any time via a Secured Server.

Notifications to authorities
We take over the, according to the legal regulations reports to the responsible authorities. This concerns the wage tax declaration, the contribution statements for the health insurance funds and the declarations for the social insurances.
Communication with authorities
We manage and are responsible for all written and verbal communication with the authorities and offices involved in the payroll and fee accounting of the extras. We answer all queries from health insurance companies, pension insurance and employment agencies.
Tax and contribution payment
We take care of all tax and contribution payments involved in the payroll process. This includes both the payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
Liability of adag Payroll Services GmbH
adag Payroll Services GmbH is liable for all errors in the statements, social security notifications and contribution statements. This also applies to incorrect settlements due to false information provided by the extras.
Indemnification of the production
adag Payroll Services GmbH releases its clients from any liability towards third parties, in connection with the fee statements, social security notifications and contribution statements. Details of the indemnification are contractually regulated and recorded.
Documentation for the extras
We take over the complete, timely and legally compliant documentation of the payroll and fee accounting for the extras. This includes the preparation of the wage statement, the wage tax certificate, the SV registration certificate, the certificate of additional income, the income certificate and the certificate of employment.
Communication with extras
We conduct all written and verbal communication with the extras. We actively take care of the completeness and correctness of the information in the employment contract and the related supporting documents. We also answer all questions about payroll and payment. In addition, a comprehensive range of information is available online for the most frequently asked questions: FAQ – Extras. We place very high value on constructive and friendly communication.
Communication with agencies
We also see ourselves as a service provider for the agencies. We look forward to a positive, open and friendly cooperation. If there are any questions about individual billings or general questions about billing for fees, we are always happy to assist agencies.
adag Payroll Services GmbH shall take the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act(BDSG), in particular the requirements specified in the Annex to Section 9 Sentence 1 BDSG.
Our offer includes audit-proof archiving of employment contracts and payrolls in conventional paper archives and / or our electronic system in compliance with the statutory retention periods.
