Our service includes taking over all activities and duties related to payroll. We offer comprehensive reporting and controlling.

Transparent and reliable cost calculation

Taking into account the requirements of the Minimum Wage Act(MiLoG), we offer you a price per employee based on the gross wage, irrespective of the social security status of the individual employees. This provides you with a simple and reliable basis for your cost calculation.

Employment contract with document function

Our employment contracts are compact and clear and are available as carbon copies. In addition to the original employment contract for payroll purposes, both you as the client and the employee will each receive a carbon copy.

Short-term cost status

Our invoicing is fast and transparent. No later than one day after receipt of the work contracts, you will receive the invoice for your cost statuses. Prerequisite for this short-term invoicing are employment contracts completed in accordance with the minimum wage.

Detailed documentation

Invoicing includes a daily cost report per day of service, broken down by employee and state. We take into account and document working hours, overtime and distinguish between tax-free and taxable bonuses. You can receive from us account assignment sheets per day of employment, per invoice and / or per project. In addition, we provide itemized cost reports by day of operation or by employee for the entire project. Ask us about further evaluation possibilities!

Control and legally compliant documentation of the minimum wage

Our system software checks the wages, working hours and break times recorded via the employment contracts for compliance with the provisions of the Minimum Wage Act(MiLoG). You will receive legally compliant working time records from us and, of course, we will take over the archiving free of charge in accordance with MiLoG.

Short-term, timely and cashless payment processing

Notifications to authorities

We take over the, according to the legal regulations reports to the responsible authorities. This applies in particular to the payroll tax return and the social insurance returns. If necessary, we will of course also take care of the immediate notification prior to the commencement of employment.

Communication with authorities

We manage and are responsible for all written and verbal communication with the authorities and offices involved in payroll accounting. We answer all queries from health insurance companies, pension insurance and employment agencies.

Tax and contribution payment

We take care of all tax and contribution payments involved in the payroll process. This includes both the payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.

Liability of adag Payroll Services GmbH

adag Payroll Services GmbH is liable for all errors in the statements, social security notifications and contribution statements. This also applies to incorrect settlements due to false information provided by employees.

Indemnification of the employer

adag Payroll Services GmbH exempts its clients from any liability towards third parties in connection with payroll accounting, social security notifications and contribution accounting. Details of the indemnification are contractually regulated and recorded.

Documentation for the employees

We take care of the complete documentation of the payroll for the employees, on time and in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the preparation of payroll accounting, the wage tax certificate, the SV registration certificate, the certificate of additional income, the income certificate and the employment certificate as well as the processing of remuneration certificates for the German pension insurance.

Communication with employees

We conduct all written and verbal communication with employees. We actively take care of the completeness and correctness of the information in the employment contract and the related supporting documents. We also answer all questions about payroll and payment. Communication with agencies

We also see ourselves as a service provider for the agencies. We look forward to a positive, open and friendly cooperation. If there are questions about individual payrolls or general payroll questions, we are always happy to assist agencies.

Privacy

adag Payroll Services GmbH shall take the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), in particular the requirements specified in Section 64 BDSG.

Archiving

Our offer includes audit-proof archiving of employment contracts and payrolls in conventional paper archives and our electronic system in compliance with the statutory retention periods.
